The development of automotive die standard parts manufacturing technology includes: precise processing technology of piston, piston rod and cylinder block; reliability sealing and safety technology; hot runner material and precise temperature control technology; precise processing technology of hot runner nozzle; three-dimensional computer simulation analysis technology of plastic flow in die cavity; design technology of new high-grade wedge and development and addition of oil-free lubrication and wear-resistant materials. Engineering technology. These six production technologies represent the advanced level of the current standard parts production and products of die and mould, and should become the key development direction in the future.           

In view of the current situation, the die standard parts industry should follow the goals and strategies formulated in the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" for die development. That is to say, actively promote the informationization, digitalization, refinement, automation and standardization of mould production, strengthen the combination of production, teaching and research, and promote innovation and R&D capabilities. We will actively develop high-grade standard parts and basic parts of dies and moulds. In the process of implementation, we should focus on fulfilling the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan: "Breaking through the key manufacturing technologies and product technologies of a number of basic components to reach the advanced international level in the early 21st century".           

From the distribution of automotive stamping die in China, it can be seen that the automotive die in China has developed from the spark of the past to the present all over the country. Over the past three years, more than half of the moulds and fixtures required for dozens of self-owned and joint-venture brands of automobiles listed in China have been developed and manufactured by Chinese moulding enterprises, and many OEM (original equipment manufacturer) manufacturers have handed over the most complex whole vehicle moulds for Class B cars to Chinese moulding enterprises for production.           

With the gradual improvement of the design and precision of automobile inspection tools, many standard parts of automobile inspection tools need to be fully maintained in order to prolong their service life. The following is a brief introduction to the maintenance methods of standard parts of automobile inspection tools.           

1. Maintenance time can be divided into half a year or a year to deal with: check whether the pin hole is worn or not, if there is a problem, replace it immediately; check whether the precise slideway is loose, add lubricant in time; timely check whether the marking scale and coating are falling off and wear; check whether the positioning benchmark is rusty and wear, if there is, replace or polish it immediately;           

2. Maintain the drying of the environmental factors of the standard parts of automobile checking fixtures: the storage temperature of automobile checking fixtures should be guaranteed between minus ten degrees Celsius and sixty degrees Celsius; the humidity should be under sixty degrees; and the particles should not exceed two percent.           

3. Basic maintenance of standard parts of automobile checking fixtures: to ensure the external cleaning of the simulation blocks of checking fixtures, some boards, bolts and checking pins must be kept clean; to put the movable parts to be disassembled on the corresponding position.
